We did a snorkeling tour to Buck Island/Turtle Bay on Castaway Cat. The crew was great. Ride out was a bit too bumpy for the 9 year old to enjoy but was pretty normal for a catamaran. We sailed back which was smoother. The reef was damaged a lot by the hurricanes last fall so there weren't a lot of fish or coral but there was still enough to see. And we saw a turtle!! We took a cab into town later and walked around Charlotte Amalie and the little straw market there, got some great larimar jewellery.

Magen’s Bay was beautiful! The island itself needs a lot of repair due to the hurricanes but we had a great time visiting!
