This was the low-point of the trip. My family was involved in a incident of a negative racially derogatory comment from a member of the Carnival team. This issue was addressed with the Photo Department Manager. The manager did an amazing job addressing the issue and providing prompt feedback to our family. Thank you.

This port was beautiful, and the staff on the island were very friendly and helpful. My family went snorkeling and it was incredible!

Neat, clean and to its defense, we arrived during a rare cold front where most excursions were cancelled and it was even too cool to get into the water. It appears to be a relaxing, lounge on the beach kind of port

This port you anchor off the island and take water taxi in. Nice beach with ship in the background. We did swimming with sting rays. It was fun

We didn’t stop in Princess Cays due to the weather. The water and wind was too extreme for the tenders to reliably operate. However we went to Freeport to make up for the missed stop.
