Our cruise was great!! I am very happy with Carnival and the staff. Our cruise had to make a detour to go back to a previous stop to get someone emergency attention, which caused a pretty big delay in getting back to disembark, which I am sure was a decision that was made knowing that it would frustrate a lot of people. As a parent, this decision made me know that my child and family's medical needs would be met if ever there was an emergency, no matter if it was inconvenient to the schedule. While I do not know the family affected, I thank Carnival for putting the guest's needs above scheduling and potential frustrations of other's.

The staff was the best part. Everyone was so kind and went beyond in every way possible! I would like to make sure it is known that our cabin steward, Jaya, was truly amazing!! He was so kind, and helpful, and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. He kept us up to date on information and he truly deserves recognition for the amazing job he does. Every day, he went above and beyond, making sure we were happy with everything.

The cabin is small, but understandably. It was kept very clean by out cabin steward. He was amazing!!
Ship tip
Be kind to the staff, as they are working so hard and almost constantly.
This was a bit rough. There was a medical emergency, which made the ship turn back to Bermuda to get the person the help they needed, which caused the arrival time back to be drastically delayed. I believe this caused more people to try to use the express option, which caused us to take a couple hours of waiting in very large groups of people to be called to leave the ship. It was not a fail on Carnival, but was very hectic nonetheless.
