It was the worst, We arrived at Coco Cay and weren’t allowed to get in since there was not availability for us, it’s wasn’t right because nobody let us know to book for Coco Cay prior arrival so dissatisfied

Wow! Just a beautiful island. They have done a great job with it. Snorkeling was great! Saw lots of fish and a ship wreck.

Coco Cay is very relaxing! We enjoyed the Oasis Lagoon and I highly recommend the hamburgers at Chill Grill! Sooo gooood!

You choose your type of fun here & we did just the lounger and umbrella situation on Chill Island Beach. Ate at the buffet which could get crazy sometimes due to the staff serving the food & condiments. Burger was fantastic and the steak taco was okay. Service was great from the staff allover the island.

We did the hot air balloon which I won’t do that again it wasn’t anything big was went straight up in the air we did zip line which I will do that again and then we just went on a snorkel and laid on the beach enjoyed our day.

Wonderful experience. We did the kayak and snorkel tour. Kayaked across to the next cay. Lot of fun. Snorkeled and saw tropical fish. Relaxed on the pristine beach. Everything beautifully clean, well organized, plenty of chairs, abundance of umbrellas and shade. Excellent meals and drinks ,served to to eat at picnic tables. All in all a perfect day!

First time I've been here since 2018 and the renovations are wonderful. Several people in our group did the zipline, snorkeled in the ocean, and swam in the pool. Unfortunately, a diving excursion for another couple was cancelled.
