It was the worst, We arrived at Coco Cay and weren’t allowed to get in since there was not availability for us, it’s wasn’t right because nobody let us know to book for Coco Cay prior arrival so dissatisfied

It is a common knowledge to research before you go somewhere. It’s advertised all over the royal website if you book coco cay online it’s not only cheaper but it’s only for the water slides. Everything else including the food is free. Seems like you are a first time cruiser that just expected people to do things for you.
