Beautiful renovation and facilities. No excursion, just enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas.

My family enjoyed it a lot. It was not good for me in a wheelchair. They made some efforts but fell short. Beach wheelchair great. No place to put my electric wheelchair. Had to just leave it. The restroom said handicapped but it wasn’t only a sink in stall. Trams only run the edge of the island. We were at the wrong place island near snorkeling. Never could get to pool whic was handicapped accessible. Went back to the boat to go to bathroom

The hype is real! They stuck A TON of money into this place and it's all top notch. Plus your drink package works on the island. We rented a Cabana on Chill Island and it happened to be be super windy that day so the experience wasn't the best. Our cabana attendant was on point with taking care of our needs. These cabanas are furthest away from all the actions so if you want to zen out, this is your place. If you want to be by the action then looks for ones by the slides.

Amazing-- we had a cabana and the kids were in the water park, zip lined and parasailed. We had the Best time.
