Still pretty much a refusbished sandpit. It looked better than I expected, however. The trees have had some time to recover from the hurricane that delayed opening 2 years ago. The beach nearest the ship was popular. The shops were pricey, so bring money. Staff on the island seemed bored and rarely even said hello to anyone. If you like laying on the beach and swimming then you'll like it here. That probably won't cost you anything.

Easy to get on and off and it's a beautiful place with clear water. It's nice that the drinks and buffet on the island is part of the package on the ship

We loved this island! It is absolutely beautiful. The days we went were not really the best in terms of weather, but we enjoyed the beauty of the island just the same. We are looking forward to going back.

Enjoyed the nearly empty beaches (in places), the Lighthouse Bar, and the light show which we watched from our balcony. The music on the beach was a little loud.

Love a beach day. But when we wanted to catch the shuttle each time it cam the same passengers were on it so we would have to wait for the next one. More shuttles are needed. Then when we went to purchase gifts from the shops our cruise card would not work. Was told we would need to return to the ship to fix it. There should be an office in the same area as the shops to address any concerns instead of making us go all the way back on the boat to guest services.

This is a very nice island. Since there were so few passengers, it was very easy to find a remote spot to relax and enjoy.

It seems from what I’ve heard from past passengers and from my own experience is that MSC has been canceling this port alot, supposedly due to weather, seems like a few rain drops amount to a monsoon. Many folks we spoke to said the same. We know the preserve in still somewhat under Construction and that everything there may not be ready but there have been just too many cancellations. When taking on a project like this everything needs to be thought off (weather, location, logistics...etc) so if they knew primarily that weather would be a big issue then why go through with the project. Very disappointing.
