The only things I didn't like were the big rocks and the slanted angle of the lounge chairs. Swimming in the calm water was fantastic. This was my favorite port.

Wear water shoes to beach. VERY rocky. Beautiful, but rocky.

Much more fun in the 1990's when it was more of a wilderness island. Now it is "commercialized."

Not as pretty as some other cruise line’s islands. Food just ok. Service at drink stands were sub par, as employees were paying more attention to each other than to patrons. I felt like I was interrupting them in asking for a drink. I was the only one there at the time. This happened twice at two different stands.

Beautiful. but would be nice to have a little more things to do besides the beach if you don't want to do an excursion.

Was too rough of waters to stop so ended up being a day at sea, which was terrible since we only had 3 ports to start with.

We loved Great Stirrup Cay. Beautiful beach. Food is provided and was delicious and plentiful. Drink package goes with you to the island fyi, so it's a great beach day without spending any extra money.

Great Stirrup Cay is so beautiful! I suggest trying to get a low tender number to get to the island early, as you will have a harder time finding a chair (not impossible, just harder and you may have to walk more.) Also, we did the stingray excursion and it was phenomenal! Very reasonably priced and we got to spend a lot of time with the stingrays. The wranglers were so knowledgeable and eased my 7-year-old son's fears immediately. Just FYI: There is a bit of walking to get to the boat that takes you over to Stingray City, but unless you have mobility issues, it is not bad and well worth it!
