The weather interfered with our shore excursion (snorkling) and the shops didn't appear to be particularly attractive.

Very nice beach and hotels. We liked that we could access the hotel bars.

We had been here before and enjoyed the trip to the Island. The people were friendly and not too pushy

Freeport is a waste of time. It is a shipping center with all kinds of industrial activity like forklifts and crains loading and moving cargo. There are only a few small shops and no beach unless you go on one of the overpriced tours. Not even a place to put your feet in the water.
