More to do here but not what I expected. We had to pay for a ferry boat to take us across the port to the beach. After they dropped us off we had to walk over a mile to a small beach that was very crowded. When we finally got there we had to constantly be watching out for the vendors driving thru the crowded beach on jet skis. They would come flying up in the areas where people were swimming and run the jet skis up on the beach. Other times they would try to show off by spinning around thru the crowds. There were also three boats pulling banana tubes loaded with people that would come driving right up thru the crowds. Kids swimming all around the boat props. A wonder more people don't get hurt.
Don't Miss: The beach. The water is very clear.
Freeport is a waste of time. It is a shipping center with all kinds of industrial activity like forklifts and crains loading and moving cargo. There are only a few small shops and no beach unless you go on one of the overpriced tours. Not even a place to put your feet in the water.
Don't Miss: The chance to stay on the ship.
Pros: Food was great.
Cons: The stop at Freeport was a joke. Nothing to due unless paid extra for an overpriced excursion. Every two minutes someone on the ship is trying to sell you a drink.
