Excursions were canceled due to weather. The beach was littered with bottle caps and straws. We spent our time walking up and down the beach picking up garbage, it made me sad to see straws all over the place.

I have always loved this island but not after I broke my ankle and ended up in a wheelchair. Tendering was not a problem as they let me sit up front in my chair but once on the island no sidewalks and only sand. I was able to transfer to a complementary beach chair with big wheels but that required my companion to push me around the entire time we were there. I felt awful, couldnt even go to the bathroom or buffet by myself. I stayed as long as I could but felt like a burden to my friends so asked to be taken back to the ship after a couple of hours.
