The excursion to view Wild Bears of Anan is a must. Saw lots of bears fishing for salmon in the fast running stream.

We did the 9 hole golf course, played 18 holes. Only disappointment of the trip. The workers were very nice but the course was not good at all. If it had been picturesque it would have been ok but no scenery; clubs they had were ancient and very mismatched. They did give a generous supply of balls, lol! Bottom line is the golf experience didn’t live up to Oceania expectations in our opinion.

This was nice as I think that this place is likely an example of the average small city in Alaska.

Wrangell was a port I had not visited and I was happy to see it and walk the area.

Rainbow trail hike was okay. Could have done it without a guide.
