Love Wrangell, even though the Wolves are our high school rivals(Petersburg...GO VIKINGS!!). For a small place, there’s plenty of stuff to do: check out the State park, the Tribal house or the bear and wildlife observatory. Grab a bite at Notsofamous Pizza, Zak’s or the Stikine Inn. Wash down your meal at the Marine Bar(great pizza, too!).

Authentic. Worth the stop. Kevin was a great guide on the culture tour.

I went on a fishing excursion and caught two halibut, which I had cleaned and filleted, and shipped home. It was a bit pricey, but lots of fun.

The excursion to view Wild Bears of Anan is a must. Saw lots of bears fishing for salmon in the fast running stream.

Beautiful warm weather. Can walk the entire town it’s so small. We walked to museum, petroglyphs, hike. May is to early to see bears and salmon.

Quaint. Small. Very run down. We walked the "neighborhood" and were disappointed to see one property run down and looking like a bad yard sale and the one next to it trying to make their home visually appealing.
