We took the rail to airport and rented a car and did our own excursion. Capillano Bridge/Park and Stanley Park were beautiful!!

Our favorite hotel, the Pan Pacific is always a treat. We always get a view room to see our ship arrive under the Lion's Gate Bridge and tie up at Canada Place, just below the hotel. Vancouver is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and we always love visiting.

Easy to get to the airport by subway from the cruise terminal. Subway has space for luggage aboard.

I've visited this city many times before and always love it. So much to do in the city and the Sky Train makes it easy to get around the city. If you're a nature person and love mountains there are so many good places to go outside the city, but even Stanley Park right near downtown is a fantastic place to go for an urban hike in a beautiful park.

Beautiful city! Take an extra day or two... visit Grosse mountain, Stanley Park and the suspension bridge! Ride the trolley around town to get a feel for the entire city if u do not have time to visit all.

We loved this port. We stayed another six days in Vancouver on our own and that was not long enough!

Absolutely loved Vancouver. We Stayed in Burnaby, but really enjoyed Stanley Park, especially the totem poles. Loved Granville Island, especially the public market. Gastown was beautiful with all the restored buildings and cool steam clock. Take the Hop on/ Hop off bus tour, both routes, city tour and park tour. Can finish both in one day. Public transportation was great, very clean, walkable, friendly city. Can't wait to return. Burnaby Central Railway was fun too. Small guage railroad where you sit on the train cars and tour the grounds. Multiple tracks to try. Fun and inexpensive.
