Frustrating because once we boarded we were not permitted to get off the boat

Being named the most suitable city to live for few times. It is absolutely beautiful, especially in summer. You swim in the ocean, and turn around you see snow on top of the mountain. The best part for cruisers, it is right in downtown Vancouver. You can either walk or take SkyTrain.

Great city where we enjoyed so many cultures living together. Taxi drivers are a hit or miss...We had some great ones, and while waiting at the hotel to get to the pier, many wouldn't have anything to do with cruise guests. Not sure why.

HAL day trips spent most of the day picking up passengers from other hotels - very little touring in Vancouver

Beautiful city. Go to Stanley park! Also take the Canada line! I had a business engagement on the computer so couldn't tour the entire city. But I loved the hotel we stayed at (Radisson in Richmond). It was near the airport, with easy access to the Canada line, had a shuttle to the airport, and a sleep-number bed! How great is that!
