Very little and you have to travel to another location to meet up with your tour. The Whale watching excursion was simply the best excursion we took. It is amazing see them so close.

Went on sea otters and wildlife quest. Lots of wildlife including a baby humpback playing, breaching and fin slapping. Watched for about 40 minutes. Was great.

This is the port we were least looming forward to, but it ended up being our favorite. Visiting the bear place and the bald eagle rehab center made it epic!

This was by far my favorite port. I could move here! The scenery was picturesque. Walked down to the totem park and museum before heading back to town for fish and chips at The Pub. We finished our day with a whale watching excursion.

Didn't feel any of the excursions were worth the price being asked so just walked around town, did shopping, etc. After talking to others who had taken excursions, they actually confirmed my initial thoughts. If I had it to do over, there was a car rental place right off the ship and I think I would just rent a car for the day and go see the things we were interested in.
