We knew we shouldn't have but we did a duck boat tour this time. Not worth the time and money spent. Went on a nature hike just above the town, after the duck boat tour was over, which partially made up for our wrong decision. 4 ships were in town that day so, naturally, thousands of people shared the streets with us. Ate a very late lunch at Dungee Crab's just across from the pier. Would highly recommend that place!

RAIN RAIN MORE TORRENTIAL RAIN. But loved the whole experience. We fid the totem bight experience with canoe paddle to a little island clam chowder and fresh smoke salmon and warm bread before a wet walk thru the forest. Definately a highlight of our cruise.

Took seaplane tour of Misty Fjords with all-you-can-eat crab feast! Our pilot, George, was top-notch and staff, especially Maddie, at George Inlet Lodge, was excellent. Food was great too!!

Enjoyed our visit to Saxman Village learning about the Tlingit tribe and the totems. Our guide was Tlingit and the tour was operated by them.

Lumberjack show was staged; the four lumberjacks were skilled and good. Port is about the shopping.

The ship leaves this port far too early. There was a lot to do but not enough time there. Time should have been shifted to spend more time there.

Awesome, but I believe we paid to much for our excursion that we bought ahead of time, for the tickets were cheaper on site.
