Definitely take in Red Dog Saloon while in town - loads of fun, great drinks and funny singer! Food looked great, but we did not have time. Buy the souvenir shirt!

We took a taxi to the Mendenhall glacier and did some of the short hikes. Beautiful scenery! The hike to Nugget Falls is definitely worth the walk! We did not do the Mt Roberts tram as it looked like a long wait and a lot of people crammed into one tram. We did shopping in the town and reviews suggested better souvenir prices in Ketchikan but we actually found better prices in Juneau. Great town!

It was a beautiful day and we did the Juneau Tour and Mellenhall Glacier tour and it was great. The shops were also fun and 50% off because we were late in the season.

A little inconvenient to get into town, took glacier sea kayak excursion that was good, but shouild have had more time in this port.

The short walk to Mendenhall Glacier is worth it. Definitely stop at the Sandbar bar and grill for Halibut and homemade onion rings!
