Wowza! The Hubbard is gorgeous! We had a naturalist on the ship who taught us about the glacier and it's color before viewing it, which made the experience even better. Our weather was perfect!

Had spectacular weather with several episodes of calving--doesn't get any better than what we saw.

highlight of the entire trip- boat circles so all sides get an excellent view.

We had an Aft balcony room. I was disappointed that the ship never turned completely around so we could view from our balcony

Due to bad weather, we were going to miss out on this spectacular vision of a glacier, but our captain, bless his heart, turned the ship around, the weather cleared, and we were astounded at the Hubbard Glacier. One of the High Points of the trip!

The captain really did a great job getting us close to the Hubbard Glacier almost similar to the small boat cruise that costs $345.00

Unfortunately we barely got to see it due to heavy fog. Seems like it’s harder to catch in the early summer cruises. I really enjoyed listening to the crackling ice anyway.

Make your way to the helicopter deck early, dress very warm and get in the center for best view and pictures. Was surprised how dirty the glacier is.
