Zoom meetings

I just opened a post on Facebook about a zoom background. It got me to thinking about being able to set up a Zoom thingy for all of us who could chat with each other about NOT being on cruises and such. Any geeky cruiseline members know how this could be done? What do you think about this?????

Sounds awesome!

That would be great I use zoom all the time

Good thing I have those security suites in place...intelligent use of the internet is way more valuable a tool when properly used...I had an example of a recent public meeting published in a FL newspaper I used as an example. and what can happen when people sign up for a technology that hasn't been properly vetted...or click on links that are can be fatal...or sending or accessing personal data on from unprotected equipment, like on cruise ships. I guess that's an unpopular view.......yep, lots of things are sad indeed, some important...some not at all....cruising falls into which category? at the rate we're going, who knows?

Sad that some people have to do things like this to everything

No thanks...that's not the first time that ZOOM "thingy" has been hacked either....amazing what folks can play with when they haven't perfected the technology yet.

Yeah, great for those of us that are up to date on this type of technology. I struggle using Skype and Facetime being one on one and to be using a group format of another sort would leave me bonkers.

Not tech savvy enough to do this! It does sound like a fun time!

Sorry, not familiar with zoom. We use Teams a lot (the MS solution). If zoom is anything like teams it is great for meeting and talking and sharing but not sure how it is set up or what the cost association might be.

I assume that post was this, just so everyone knows what you're referring to. :) We just published it yesterday!
