What the crew are doing during the 30 day shut down

A YouTube channel that I started watching is doing a daily blog by a cruise ship employee on what happens each day during the cruise shut down. Not the greatest but will be interesting to see what they have him doing.

If your interested

Looks like Chris is really going back to Liverpool! He has his flights confirmed. I wish him luck and thanks again, JusMe, for sharing this link!

RCL Liberty of the Seas is anchored off Galveston. Crew will continue to train, but they also opened up the ship for entertaining the crew. The theater teams are putting on special shows and many of the ship's areas are also open for crew use. The cruise director and team were putting together "cruise like" activities too. I'm sure it will be a big morale booster.

At least we have a few more days. Who knows, they may not be able to get flights to the UK.

His blog was something to look forward to each day. I was looking forward to 30 days of it. CA is on lock down, not a fun time here.

I am sorry to see Chris going home next week. I was so looking forward to the full 30 days aboard during the shut down. Again, JusMe, thanks for sharing this link!

Indeed!!

Thanks for sharing! This will be fun to watch! We not only get to see what the crew is doing but see a ship that we may not have ever been on.

Subscribed to it, thanks!

Cool. I have been surfing through the ship cams which are on line and through sea scanner to see where the ships are. A number of them are in transit or at least not in port

Cool – thanks!
