U.S.A. Passport, Less then 2 weeks

I felt "Stuck" at home for the 2 weeks I did not have my passport. I did not have any travel plans during those weeks and was not going to make any, but I still felt "Stuck" until the new one came in. My next trip is not until April so I gave it plenty of time, just to be more then safe.

Nope! I'm not waiting! Until I have all passports in hand I will not feel "safe". I don't trust and of the agencies. Everyone here has been issued their forms to fill out and given a deadline. No completed paperwork.....no dinner! Gotta hit'em where it hurts!

Absolutely do not!! You never know.. My BF almost missed the expedited date for processing. His mom was saying I'd have to go on the cruise without him. Caused a fight between us... DO NOT WAIT!

We were surprised how quickly our last renewals came back as well. But if someone’s reading this thinking they can wait to send in their renewal, don’t risk it! Always allow plenty of time for that turnaround.

I just filled out the form put int 2 photo's, old passport and my check for $ 110.00 and mailed it overnight mail.... no service used just the USPS.

Did you use a passport processing service like CIBT? other?

Renewals are usually less than a month.

That is fast. Last time I did expedited because I had a month after our cruise before my passport expires and I wanted to be safe, plus of weather, you never know...

This time of the year is a good time to apply. Prime time is spring and summer.
