Good for you, and like most of us, somehow managed to figure it out all by ourselves.....even someone who has 843 cruises had to start somewhere....and learn......that clerk? mebbe never even been on a cruise...might've said..."NCL??? sucks!!!! nothing but complaints!!!"...(mebbe he/she was having a bad day).....and then you what????? expect some horrible experience? then you'd get it....same for the reviews...might be occasionally interesting,,,mostly not,,,,hehehehe

Nics are probably the most amazingly sexy boys out there and are the most amazing boyfriends ever they like booty and boobies but they are sweet af and will stick around for a long time. Nics are normally very athletic.

So, what do you actually mean when you write NIC?

Between the time I booked my first cruise and when I went on it, I found a cruise review website that shall remain nameless. Having never been on a cruise before, I didn't know what to expect then when I read some of the horrendous reviews I was appalled, wondering what I had put my hard earned money on. When the day of the cruise came, we got a ride to the port. A porter came running to the car and took our luggage, we checked in and my chatterbox wife was talking to the clerk, who worked for the port, not the cruise line. He said that people loved Norwegian for the freestyle cruising. So my fears were relieved, and the cruise went wonderfully. When we were leaving the cruise, my wife told me two things: "Can we do this every year?" and "I only want to go on Norwegian."

I have since concluded that some people aren't happy unless they're complaining, and they often write cruise reviews.

Now that I've got a few more cruises in, I can say that I've never had a bad cruise.

I have NEVER booked, or cancelled a cruise based upon those reviews...There are a handful of peeps IN HERE whose comments I take seriously enough to give them some weight.....but the decision is ours alone. and the end result once on board for better or worse, has ALOT to do with the attitude you sail with.

None of that was really the point...I was just curious how you get the exalted status of "verified" in the reviews...

I will say I do read a lot of reviews, and know there can be a lot of pros/cons. As for myself, when I get ready to cruise, I don't worry about what I read one way or another, but just PLAN on having a good time, and if something happens, I deal with it!

I know this cruise....there were no survivors.....who are you?????

Reminds me of a river cruise I took many years ago. Turns out I was booked with Humphry Bogart and Kathrine Hepburn. I thought it was going to be a great time, but between the leeches, storms, engine trouble and rushing rapids I'm just glad I survived the experience.

True story.....................

Good to know. We have been on sailings that someone else did a review and I wonder how we are on the same ship. However, with so many people on any ship the experience is bound to be different for each of them.
