Have you ever been ripped off on a cruise? I don't mean by the cost of stuff but by a thief? I was on Fantasy once and I left my chips at the Black Jack table for a moment. When I returned it was obvious some chips were missing. I figured at least the dealer would keep your chips safe. My mistake. So I asked where are my chips? The guy to my right said the guy to my left he thought stole some. So I say to the dealer WTH.. She asked me what I was missing, looked like about 20 bucks. So she asked the dude... Did you take his chips, he reluctantly said no. He was drunk and I said give them back and he did. Got booted from the table. My fault for having some trust in the human race.

Thank you. It's been 6 years now :)

Awesome! Best wishes to the two of you!

Stolen chips - I feel your pain!!!!!!

I found a small wallet in a restroom in Honolulu that contained an Amex card. The police station happened to be close by so I walked over there and turned it in. I figured I'd spare the owner the possible misuse of the card before they had a chance to report it missing ....

Never ever leave chips and/or a slot machine with credits .. rule of thumb in Vegas is you walk away, you're done ....

I think the lost and found is in the hands of the owner so no reports will be made. lol

Sometimes a bit of thievery can be a good thing!

(She hasn't turned you in to the lost and found yet, has she?)Big Smile

A girl stole my heart on a cruise and she is now my wife :).

OK! My new rule. I will never trust anyone again!!Angry

I remember years ago when I would walk into a bar, lay a 20 or two on the bar, and leave it there till I was done for the night. The bartender would take the proper amount for the drink, and leave the correct change. If I got up for a few minutes to recycle the drinks, the money would still be there.

Now, if you leave the change on the table for more than a few seconds, either the bartender will grab it for a tip or a patron will decide that it is theirs.

I'm a skeptic/realist too when it comes to trusting people. I've heard of thieves stealing women's purses when the purse was in the kids' seat of the grocery cart and the women only turned to reach or walked a couple of steps for a product.
