Do the closets in the state rooms (Balcony) have room for hang up clothes?

Yes it does, but they do not have a lot of hangers, if you need more ask your cabin steward. You can store your empty bags under the bed if you do not want them in the closet.
Yes
If you are not too concerned about weight, I usually pack my hanging clothes on a wire hanger. When it comes time to unpack, I just take the whole bundle out of the suitcase straight to the closet.
Always good to know
What everybody said usually most cabins have plenty of storage. Your suitcases will slide under your bed.
If you find your suitcase too wide (thick) to slide under your bed... open it and it will fit (just a trick I learned when I couldn't get mine under a few years back). There are usually some drawers and/or shelves available as well. I am looking froward to hearing about your adventure when you return and to see which advice was most helpful for you.
Just don’t hang anything from the sprinkler head
Yes, usually there is plenty of closet room for clothes. If not double up on hangers. I usually ask our steward for extra hangers.
