Unbelievable !! It seems if you want to steal and (mostly get away with it) have a clean record, drink heavily, and steal just prior to departure. I wonder where they have to serve their community service?

Wowwee! They should be banned from the cruise ship and all Effy stores everywhere. If I were Effy I would post their photos in all stores with a big notice that says THIEF. I am not sure why the store could not sue them for the cost of the stolen items. Very sad--IMO the drunkenness was just used as a convenient excuse--selling everything took a bit of thought.

No mention of cash recovered yet the man supposed sold at least part of his loot. No mention of any restitution. Too drunk to be held "really" accountable for their actions, but sober enough to sell the items to fellow cruisers. If they were so drunk and stuffed the loot down their pants you would think there'd be a trail of loot like bread crumbs leading back to Effy. Of course there'd probably be some elated person following down behind them collecting the crumbs.
