NYE cruising

Going on our first NYE cruise. Today the menu was posted. Looks great. Has anyone sailed on NYE? What (if anything) made it special?

Got your plane tix in order??? its gonna be a zoo, that coupled with potential weather... ...got a plan b? is there even such a thing? Thats the main reason we won't even drive to the ports we use over the holidays....love to do a NYE cruise, but.....

We've never cruised over New Years, (I spent many New Years at sea during my 22 years as a Navy officer though) but we're scheduled to do New Years onboard the Rotterdam end of this month. We'll report back after we return. Have a Happy New Year!
