You can't tell me there's sufficient controls in place to prevent this from continuing. There's folks in here with up coming cruises (including us) who are casting a wary eye on all this. I think the impact on the cruise industry and many other vendors who support it hasn't even gotten close to peaking. I don't expect any cruise line to admit fault, or even how many cancellations they've had. Or how many people who were GOING to book a cruise decided to wait. Obviously there's no way to even estimate that.

Just saw an article that the # of confirmed cases onboard has more than doubled. The stats worldwide have apparently surpassed SARS.

The extra day delay for Anthem (beyond the health check of the 4 passengers) was due to a deceased crew member (not caused by the virus). The crew member did not report for duty and was found in quarters. The extra day at the request of local law enforcement.

I thought Bliss went out of the Manhattan terminal across the river. Anthem goes out of Cape Liberty Cruise terminal Bayonne NJ.
