Well, that didn’t take long. MSC already had some people break a cardinal rule. If you want to get off the ship it must be to go on an MSC coordinated excursion. You can’t just get off and wander around. Well, some people left the excursion they were on in Italy, and were then refused boarding. How stupid can you get?

The rules may not sound fair to some people, but they are there for a reason. It was really foolish of them to ignore them.

Imagine how I feel! I work the front lines and get so annoyed when I see people in public not following the guidelines set forth by the CDC. Unless we all follow them, Corona will always be with us.
As for the passengers, I understand that this was a different cruise from the incident on MSC prior, but don't you think they would have heard about that incident and then not pull the EXACT SAME STUNT?
I understand that we all want this pandemic over with already...believe me, NOBODY WANTS IT OVER WITH MORE THAN ME! But until we all follow the rules, this is how it has to be.

It was a lesson learned, because no one on the second cruise with MSC tried the same stunt.
