Hey KENN...yer outta control ol son...get a grip...on yer bags! Next cruise, sit and figure out yer perks...b4 you settle in at yer fav watering hole...well...never mind...heheheh..I luv my wife dearly, but 5 months, on a ship, in a cabin even with a balcony etc??? nonononono...we'd be in the newspapers..."wife pushes husband overboard>>"etc etc...the judge would probably be a woman...not guilty!!!

With 3 and 4 day cruises anymore, somebody without a lot of cruise days can rack up an impressive number of total cruises. To me it is almost as confusing as references to size of vessels. Many folk don't know what gross tonnage means so only want to quote the number of passengers. However, ships that are virtually identical, gross tonnage wise, may see huge differences in the number of guests they hold. This is usually due to one line cramming many more passengers into the same space than another line does. I like to look at the passenger to space ratios, but even that measure has its limitations.

In our case, the lines we use go by the number of days sailing with them. However even that gets confusing with some lines, for instance, HAL has come up with a cockamamie system of giving extra cruise day credits for stuff like onboard spending and bonus days for booking suites. On our last cruise with HAL it was 30 days long but we received 80 total cruise day credits. Then you have segments, our longest cruise was for almost three months, we received credit for one cruise, but there were segments to it, some guests who got off the first month got credit for one cruise as well. World cruisers get credit for one cruise but they have been on the ship for 5 months.

I have no idea as to our total number of cruises but we past the 600 days on the high seas mark over a year ago, not counting HAL's bonus days LOL.

11 cruises and all with Carnival. Can't cruise every year due to flight costs but when we cruise we usually do a B2B

We cruise 4 times a year. 52 on Carnival, 54 total. Royal and Celebrity. Those two friends chose. As long as Jay is working we will continue to cruise this much. He uses everyday of his 6 weeks vacation. Living 45 min from the cruise port helps. And now San Diego is getting the Miracle!

We have done 11with another one booked. We have cruised with Cunard, MSC, P&O, Holland America and Celebrity. Celebrity is our favourite and have done 5 trips with them. This year was a great advantage as they home ported out of Dublin Ireland for the first time and we didn't have to fly out to pick up a cruise....

Sort of two and a half...or at least a fraction if you count your BVE.Wink

We travel from western Canada to Florida or California to cruise, so once a year is all we can do. So far we have cruised 6 times with 2 more booked.

We cruise when we can and have only sailed Princess and Carnival. Some years we get in 3 cruises and some years none. We have completed 35 cruises. We have sailed more often once we retired.Wink

Shesh, I thought I was doing something.....21 or so...turns out compared to some in here, i'm a half step from a bewbie….that was a typo...and as I look at it, sorta combination of newbie and baby....catch up to some o you folks, I gotta be about 103....

I try to get in at least one per year. So far I have been on 7, including Carnival, Princess and Celebrity, with another Princess cruise booked.

Hopefully I will be able to increase that rate in the relatively near future.
