How much do you Need to spend at the casino to get deal and room offers ?

My $20 on the first leg of our B2B became $145.78 but on the second leg became $1.56.

I budget $200.00 for the cruise. I am in the Royal this coming weekend at a 50% discount because I used the casino on our last 2 cruises. Now in fairness, I have broken even on the cruise ship mainly because I won't spend more that the budget. All casinos make money, the chance of big wins are small. I know 2 professional gamblers who compete at Texas Hold-em tournaments in Vegas. They get flown down there very 2 weeks or so. But that's not slots.

Agree.

Yep, those good things are all if you're the house. After awhile, you can lie with the best of em and always win. If you think the odds are slanted ashore, you ain't seen nothing when you're a captive player at sea. I'd rather throw my $$ in the air and let the gulls take it than give it to the casinos. And that's because my wife and I both worked in those joints. They didn't build those bazillion $$ buildings because people win. Or have several thousand employees working 3 shifts because people win. You don't even need real money to play. well...it is, but you won't think so after awhile.

yeah maybe I’ve never been in one so I’ll test it out I’ve been hearing good things

wow that’s amazing that’s a lot to spend 4000 a month hum I’ll take baby steps thank you very much for your comment ☺️

They are good questions. But if you have to ask, the best answer is stay out of the casino.

Good questions. I have a family member who sails for casino privileges with Carnival and Celebrity. She invests about $2K/cruise. Sometimes comes home ahead, other times not. BUT she gets offered complimentary cruises - just has to pay the tax on the cruise. She cruises 1-2x/month doing this. Also picks up gifts like wine, iPads, etc. I could never do that, but its an interesting way to travel. There are gaming clubs on the ship - like Players - that you collect points analogus to loyalty points. When you hit top levels, the perks and offers become regular. The even provide you with airport to port transfers.
