I'm sure that is the real reason, but Mich can't come right out and say itBig Smile

There you go! After I take the cruise in Oct. My countdown for the Jan. 2020 cruise won't show. I liked the idea that they liked me better.Wink

Yankee47 the fix we put in place in January was for any new forum posts. As you can see, AuntPinkie has a countdown because she added her sailing in March, after the fix was in. The fix works
we just didn't retroactively fix it for older sailings. The last sailing you have is in November which is why you will not see it.

The workaround is to remove your cruise and add it again. You will then see the countdown clock. I hope this helps. Thanks for being a Cruiseline Community member!!

We’re aware some users are continuing to encounter issues. Our dev team is aware of the problem and working to get it resolved, but I don’t have an ETA for you at this time.

There's supposed to be nothing to "try"...you join a cruise over on rosters, and the countdown clock works HERE automatically. It still works there, but stopped working here quite awhile ago, despite assurances it was fixed.

I do not know how to use one and I have tried.

They must like you more.

Suddenly, mine is working!Big Smile
