Favorite cruise lines?

Mine is carnival !

I have sailed on RCI, Celebrity, Carnival, Princess, HAL and NCL. My favorite is Celebrity. I would sail again on all but I would think twice before going on NCL again (my least favored of the lines I have been on).

Favorites: Royal and Celebrity (yes, I know they're owned by the same company)

Least favorites: Costa and Norwegian (though Carnival comes in as a close third on this list)

didn't like Disney way to kiddish.

Have sailed RCL and |NCL and tend to prefer NCL.

Those "old tubs" can now be very valuable...once they're stripped and refinished.....add new hardware, and a drain that doesn't leak and.......hmmmm....that works for people too doesn't it....

Come to think of it, I would now fall into that category as well.

REALLY???................... THANK YOU! I was going to call and ask them about that.

I believe the ship I was on back then is currently being chopped apart in Turkey or India, and while I'm sure it was state of the art back then I'm equally sure it would now fall into the "old tub" category.

Yeh, nowadays they have color tv with remotes and flush toilets hehehehehehh

Disney is incredibly awesome, but only if you have, or like being around kids.

We've also sailed RCL and NCL. I preferred RCL, but my wife liked NCL better.

I had done a CCL cruise in 1995, but that was 26 years and one wife ago. I'm sure it's different now.

Next up CCL Magic in March.

The vast majority of our cruises were NCL, with a smattering of CCL and RCL. Going CCL for Thanksgiving (actually 2 days after)...I expect the meals to be "of the season", they always were everywhere else, and they're doing their decorations for the Holidays on our cruise. I've found that folks who cruise around the Holidays are even more "jovial" than usual....So I guess the comment that they're "nothing special" depends on your definition of special. Being willing to cruise on or around certain dates makes a statement in and of itself methinks,,,
