Hi all, hope you can help me. I was wondering how you can get chatting with the people that are on the roll call and have indicated that they are going on the same cruise as yourselves please.

Same observation. I throw some queries out on my roll calls and never get any responses. I wonder how many on the roll calls are actually booked for travel.
I have noticed that even on Shipmate the roll call seems a bit quiet. However, if you just post in the chat under the cruise ship more people seem to respond.
On the left side of the first "forum" page, is a list of topics..scroll down and you'll find the "link" to all the roll calls. once you get there, just follow the prompts to your specific cruise. Agreed there isn't much activity on them, which is interesting because some roll calls can still have 100+ folks in them. You'd think there'd be more interest. Once you join one however, that seems to automatically give you a countdown clock in here.
Thank you.
Thank you all for your advice
I did not know that cruiseline had a roll call, I must look for it. I know cruise critic does. Also NCL has a facebook group as well. Can some one post a line to cruiseline roll calls, please and thank you.

Both Cunard and P&O have facebook pages which will have the specific event (your sailing) and you can chat on them better.

OGW hit it on the head.
Roll Calls have been very slow since the resumption of cruising, and even the year or so before.
From what I have Found, Most Royal Caribbean sailings have a dedicated Facebook group, that seem to be very active. This may not be the case in the more Adult focused lines. Cant hurt to look!
As much as I hate to send people away from Cruiseline, that seems to be where people are the most active.
You can post to the rollcall but unfortunately many do not respond online however there is more activity through the Shipmate app.
