I fully agre, the initial almost non stop attempts to sell,sell,sell, are very annoying...

All cruise ships sell-sell-sell their "packages", drinks or otherwise. This is not an approach that is unique to Celebrity. Anyone who cruises regularly on the popular mass-market lines knows that and doesn't allow it to ruin their voyage... but it is annoying for sure.
