That is very unfortunate and things like this will happen. It is a chance we all take when cruising. But I do agree that Norwegian has not handled this as well as they should have. By contract they have done more than they have to but by courtesy they are sorely lacking.

That would be terrible for them. Hopefully they have travel insurance, or perhaps someone has set up a fundraiser to help them out.
