Upon arrival in my cabin it was necessary to call housekeeping to clean the balcony. The glass on the balcony had assorted schmutz stuck to it including stenciled letters apparently left by previous occupants.
This obscured the Oceanview were you seated on the balcony and necessitated having to stand until it was cleaned.
Shipboard activities during days at sea we're sadly limited. No seminars or recommendations on upcoming ports as there were on Cunard cruises and I don't play bingo or fold towels into terrycloth animals, which was available. I rarely gamble so the casino held I little interest for me.
Culinary offerings on the Lido deck were plentiful but boring. The hot dogs were tasteless, the hamburgers were hockey pucks, the pizza was palatable. The best meal of the day was breakfast with an excellent omelette station. Meat offerings at the Carvery station were consistently tough, poorly carved with obviously dull knives. The food in the Main Dining Room was entirely sub-par. Meat and seafood dishes were consistently overcooked totally disregarding any request for medium rare. Any steakhouse entrées could be ordered upon payment of a $20 premium per entrée.
Entertainment offerings left a good deal to be desired, with family Comedy and adult Comedy being the same performances by comedians sorely lacking in wit. The only difference was the adult comedy performance held later in the evening was liberally laced with F-bombs and sexual references.
The music in the dancing venues was of a higher-quality playing Jazz, Motown and Salsa rather well.
Their photographers are very accommodating.
Booking excursions is made very convenient with tickets delivered promptly to your cabin.
Windjammer sailing excursion was great fun.

The Lido deck is the best choice for breakfast if and only if you are an early riser. Otherwise the lines are unbearably long. Room service is a good idea for breakfast but portions are small. If you want breakfast for two people, order enough for four. For prompt delivery order the night before.
Lovely scenery, but very long drive to Peggy's Cove. No toilet facilities on the bus.
Lovely old homes, and a winery tour. The vintner had to open the winery because we weren't expected.
I was looking forward to the JFK library. Was greeted with considerably less content than I expected. Consisted of a few home movies, JFK's Inaugural speech, and two of Jackie's dresses .
I love New York. I live in New York
Good shopping for camera equipment
Nothing to do there but go to another beach
Very boring excursion to El Moro
I live in New York City.

The lines for food on the Lido deck were always unusually long, any time of day
Mediocre cuisine! Once, actually became ill after dinner. Clearly, they want you to choose the steakhouse option for an additional $35 per night. I have experienced fine cuisine on every other cruise I've taken.
