All in all, good info. I have found overtime that using any cruise lines "Contact Us" link (or similar) only results in generic form type responses. I approach issues two way, I either contact my agent and have them go through their channels or I send a letter (by mail) to the cruise lines customer service department. Although the latter results in a longer response time, sometimes a few months, the response to my query is more precise and attentive. This indicates to me that someone is actually reading my missive and attempting to resolve my issue!
