Cruise tips
We stayed at the Royal PDC and had a nice time. It was an adults only resort so that was great! You also had access to the Real across the street. The pool was awesome, beach was a little small but we walked down a ways and explored the area. Always felt safe.
People were super pushy and uncomfortable. We took a bus to the nearest beach but it still wasn't very close. There were little kids trying to sell you junk on the beach so that was sad to be around. We bought a few things just to be friendly because we felt bad. Stray animals running around was a downer too. If you can ignore all that the beach wasn't bad, we enjoyed the sun and sand.
Nice port, felt very safe. We took a taxi down to Nachi Cocom and had a great time on the beach. The snorkeling there was fun too, they took you out in a boat (the beginners in our group didn't love that) and helped point out turtles and different fish.
Beautiful!! The water looks just like a postcard. The snorkeling at Trunk Bay was great for beginners, it wasn't deep at all so just had to be careful not to put your feet down on the reef.
We had a day pass to Atlantis and did the dolphin interaction and then explored the resort. Atlantis is huge! There was so much to do, I wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to come back sometime.
Had a great time parasailing here. We also took a boat on over to St John's Trunk Bay and it STUNNING. Our photos we took look just like a postcard.
