I wouldn't cruise Holland America again.
This ship had an outbreak of norovirus previous week which continued the week of this cruise. No hot tubs, spa, self serve buffet for the first 4 days of this 10 day trip and you didn't receive any type of credit for these non-services which were paid for in the price of this cruise. The special amenities of suites was non-existent. No welcome fruit basket. No special concierge, etc. 3/4 of the people on this ship were 70+ and either using wheelchairs or scooters.
