A: ships do have small refrigerators to put to put your things in there but if there's anything that belongs to the ship like soda things like that take it out and give it to you stateroom attendant because you will be charged if you use it.

Q: Question for solo travelers on the Spirit: do they have many singles activites like they do on other NCL ships? Traveling solo to Tahiti & Hawaii :-))

A: Every NCL cruise I've been on, they have the solo travelers group that meets daily. They tend to attend shows together as well as some dinners. I wouldn't imagine Spirit would be any different.

Q: Anyone been to the Island of Kauai Hi? Is the town close to where Norwegin docks? Any info about what to do and a recommendation for a luau would be appreciated.

Answer QuestionA: I recommend taking a show that's comfortable to walk in. One that's at least water resistant. It does depend on the activities you plan on doing though. I'm personally taking hiking boots, as when I go here in May I'll be doing a couple excursions in... the outdoors. Hope this helpsSee More

A: Tennis shoes for short street excursions yes. If your headed into the forests or other wilderness areas I would recommend a sturdy hiking boots or trail shoe. With water repellent for good measure.

A: Went to Alaska in Sept. last year, sailed from Seattle and I used my light rain jacket with a sweater under it most of the time.

A: Yes you can smoke, near the Bier garden and there is a separate casino room also for smokers. Enjoy!

Answer QuestionA: Yes, Free unlimited open bar was an option for our cruise (which we selected and enjoyed very much). NCL had a couple of free offers to select from on our cruise, to include shore excursion credit ($50 per excursion), free specialty dining, a friends... and family offering, and the free open bar.See More
