The spa is wonderful and the views from it are amazing. Research before you go because sometimes expensive excursions are just a short walk from the ship. There some excursions they offer they you wouldn't think of. All but a few ports we were able to walk out of without needing a cab.

Book a suite! The stateroom are a nice size if you can't afford a suite, but otherwise go for the suite.

Adam James in Magnums Lounge was a fantastic entertainer. A good singing voice and can play over 800 songs from the 50's - present day.

We found out about The Blue Lagoon on the next to last day. It is really good - 24/7. When you dine in the Buffet Restaurant on Deck 12, go to the back for your sitting. If the weather is good you can eat outside. Wonderful!

Plan your evening so you can enjoy eating at the many great restaurants and also get to one of the shows. We found that if you don't have reservations in a upgraded restaurant and go to the early show, the lines at the restaurants will be long afterward.

For breakfast go to the Grand Pacific dining room - it is relaxed and service is a la carte. Alizar and Grand Pacific for dinner.

Choose a cabin in mid-ship or aft. We were in the front of the ship and found that most of our on-board destinations were in mid- ship or aft so we walked long hallways back and forth to our cabin alot.

Avoid going to the buffet. Too crowded and food is average.

Try and avoid staterooms under the uncarpeted whiskey bar as heels on bare floor did keep us up at night.

You should not miss the crepe at the buffet and the desserts at Jasmine Garden. Leave space for daily lunch specials at the pool.
