Carnival Announces New 2025-2026 West Coast Sailings & Debut of Carnival Firenze
Carnival Cruise Line has announced new 2025-2026 West Coast itinerary plans, with cruises sailing from Long Beach to destinations in Mexico and Hawaii. The cruise line has also announced the debut of Carnival Firenze from Long Beach, as well as new longer Carnival Journeys sailings to Hawaii.
These new cruises from Long Beach will add more options for guests from the West Coast in the 2025-2026 season. Cruise itineraries include stops in popular destinations such as Cabo San Lucas, Ensenada, and Catalina Island.
Among the highlights of today’s announcement from Carnival is the news that the line will move up the inaugural sailing of Carnival Firenze to April 25, 2024. The ship’s first cruise will sail from Long Beach on a seven-day voyage calling on Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán, and Cabo San Lucas.
The 4,126-guest Carnival Firenze will bring the ‘Carnival Fun Italian Style’ experiences to Long Beach when it launches next year. The ship has been designed after the city of Florence, complete with Italian design elements.
Onboard guests will enjoy Italian-inspired dining and bar venues (like specialty restaurant Il Viaggio) as well as unique entertainment programming such as the Italian-themed deck party on Lido. Carnival will share more details on Carnival Firenze before its debut next spring.
Bookings are now open for Carnival Firenze’s inaugural season from Long Beach, as well as newly announced sailings from the fall of 2025 and into the spring of 2026. These sailings include a range of four-, five- and six-day voyages, with six-day cruises calling in Cabo San Lucas for two days.
Carnival Radiance will also be deployed from Long Beach for the 2025-2026 season. This ship will offer several three-, four- and five-day cruises to destinations in Mexico and California.
Additionally, Carnival Radiance will offer six new Carnival Journeys sailings from Long Beach to Hawaii. All are 14-day cruises to the Hawaiian Islands, with visits to Maui, Honolulu, Kauai, and Hilo, and Ensenada, Mexico. These Carnival Journeys cruises will be offered on the following dates: October 18, 2025; November 29, 2025; January 10, 2026; February 7, 2026; March 7, 2026; and April 4, 2026.
Carnival Radiance accommodates up to 2,984 guests. This ship features many Carnival guest favorite staples, such as the RedFrog Pub, BlueIguana Cantina, Guy’s Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse, and Shaq’s Big Chicken.
Bookings are open today for all newly announced 2025-2026 West Coast sailings from Carnival.
