There are quite a few issues that this cruise ship needs to address ASAP, such as:

Their Web site rarely works correctly {ship employees mentioned this as a constant problem they get many complaints about}, their land telephone reps need to be properly trained {another reason why I decided to book through }, the port baggage drop-off/parking is very confusing, my cabin bathroom had an extremely strong urine odor from the moment I checked in {which took over two hours}, my bathroom cabin sink water always came out scorching hot even when I set it to cold, I usually didn't get an answer {put on hold indefinitely} whenever I called the front desk with a question, morning room service was absolutely terrible {never got the order right and the food was always cold/disgusting}.  Another issue I encountered was the cigar "bar" {Churchill's} was always filthy and rarely staffed.  I usually had to go to a bar myself for cognac, etc., and most of the people in there were {uniformed} crew members smoking cigarettes.  The room should be strictly for CIGAR smoking guests and enforced as such.  Also, I was overcharged for my drinks, which they agreed to adjust at check-out.  I ordered one $7.00 wine every night at dinner and they ended up charging me for more expensive wine every night {double-charged me once}.  I pointed it out from the menu and clearly repeated the price each time to my server.  I'm not sure if it's a scam, since there's no amount anywhere on the receipt you sign!  This is a serious problem that can't sit well with other passengers if/when discovered.  Additionally, they should warn passengers that the outdoor "Sanctuary" needs to be reserved way in advance.  I tried to do so when I arrived on the ship, but was never able to get a reservation during the entire week of my cruise.  There was also no warning that there would be no live TV service while docked in St. Martin {a problem for news "junkies" and/or those who follow the stock market like myself}.  I asked several ship employees about this but not one person, amazingly, knew anything about it.  Aside from all of the above, the shower was great, the bed was super-comfortable, and the evening shows were excellent!
