My cabin had a LOT of issues. The sofa was missing and the refrigerator was locked when I arrived, the floor was wobbly, there was only one electrical outlet that worked, the television remote control was horrible, the WiFi was extremely slow, and there were several serious plumbing problems. Also, my room service order was always early, wrong, and/or incomplete. {I attribute this to poor English skills by the crew}. Additionally, the boarding process was confusing, and the the rum I purchased in Havana was lost on the ship. The cruise line insists on holding it and delivering it to your cabin the last night of the cruise, which makes no sense since alcohol is free on the ship. I was warned by other passengers not to let them have it because of lost liquor stories in the past. The smart passengers smuggled it to their rooms. I should have listened. Next time, I will book a highly-rated river cruise in the UNITED STATES.
