This was our first Cruise and as we boarded the ship in S.F. we both felt like we were walking into a whole different world. The experience was one we will never forget the staff made us feel right at home and as we walked into our room my wife and I just said Wow ...this is really nice. Our only regret was that the Cruise was way to short (3 days) about the time we started to settle in it was time to leave the Zuiderdam ...that was not easy to do.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was excellent. Dinning times were not a issue we did decide that on the next Cruise we will most likely ask for the later seating time. We never made it to the midnight dinning ...something we wished we would have tried at least once.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff couldn't have been nicer ..they made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked onboard the ship.at

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
We had heard from other passengers that the ship was a little to big ...this being our first time onboard any ship we really can't comment on that issue. Staff memebers were always cleaning something as we walked around the ship. Once we figured out where everything was we had no problem getting around the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

Just one word ...WOW!

Butchart Gardens is a must see for anyone visiting Victoria, also walk the town, we spent the day just doing that. A waste of time (for us) High Tea at the Empress ...the price was a little steep after hearing of the cost we opted to walk across the street and have lunch at the resturant near the water ...I'm glad we did the service and food were both great.
Don't Miss: Bouchart Gardens - Roayal British Columbia Museum

Pros: Staff, Service and of course the food

Cons: I can't think of anything that we didn't enjoy
