The staff and availability of lunch was excellent. Though this was my husband and my third Holland America Cruise, we were somehow assigned twin beds in a cabin second from the last in the far back of the ship.

We loved the Expedition Talks and went to every one! The Library and Fitness Center are great. Could use more Treadmills perhaps.

Bagus in Dining, Herry and Mugi as Room Stewards, the Captain, Bonnie, and Ryan were super! Every staff we encountered was outstanding.

Though this was my husband and my third Holland America Cruise, we were somehow assigned twin beds (rather than a Queen bed) in a cabin second from the last in the far back of the ship. So we had separate beds the whole cruise. In addition, I could feel the ship vibrating almost all the time and the noise was loud much of the time. The room had a nice window and a tub, but we had no hot water for the 6 days around freezing Antarctica! I called several times but it was many days before I could shower or bathe in our own room.
