Great cruise from Montreal to Boston by clwcruising

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Zaandam / Destination: Canada, New England, New York

Large cabin with a large balcony, complete with chaise lounges. Cabin also had a full size sofa to stretch out on (probably for a 3rd person). The bathroom was also roomy, and it came with a small jacuzzi bathtub (it was more convenient and quicker for us to use the shower). The only drawback was the teeny, tiny flat screen TV monitor, but it did come with ESPN and the popular news networks.

Chilean Fjords Adventure by formerhusker

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Zaandam / Destination: South America

The room was the same type as we have had previously. This room seemed to be bigger. It seemed longer. The sofa was long of leather or leather like material. One had to sit straight on it with pillows into the small of the back or at least I would get up and would feel stiff for a few minuses. Plenty of closet space. The room was very clean upon arrival and every morning and night it was tidied.

Learned so much about South Ameria!! by buckml67

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Zaandam / Destination: South America

The cabin was a little larger than a stateroom, but had more storage than we actually needed. The combination of the drawers in the desk and the closet space accomidated all our clothes and shoes. I also appreciated the shelf under the sink in the bathroom for toiletries, along with the cabinet on the wall. I wish there was more than one plug in the cabin (I couldn't find any others besides the hair dryer plug in the bath). I have started bringing a multiple plug so that I can charge more than one thing at a time. I also recommend a night light in the bathroom so you don't blind yourself in the middle of the night, turning on the flourescent lights. Finally, I would appreciate an LED clock in the suite, so if you awaken in the middle of the night, you know whether to get up or go back to bed.

A small ship with a great staff. by passportready

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Zaandam

Cabin would have been perfect except there was one electrical outlet. It was on the desk and my plugs did not fit tightly- it wiggled and sagged making charging things difficult. We found another outlet behind the TV. TV was freestanding and was about the size of typical medium computer monitor. We could not see the tv from the beds. Cabin has plenty of storage. Bath has a deep whirlpool tub with shower. Beds were comfortable. This cabin is directly below the Lido- it is noisy during nightly cleaning. ( my fault in not checking- I forgot this shipping only has 8 decks- I had been on it pre Covid).
