Great cruise. Lessons learned and I hope to cruise again.

I was pleasantly surprised of how easy this was. We had a late check-in time, `1:30 so that may have made a difference.

The food included was mediocore. I did expect more fresh fruit being that we were in the Carribean, though the fruit offered was good. We did eat at 2 speciality restaurants which were great. The drinks were very good. WE had the drink package so that was a plus.
Onboard Activities

We saw a few shows- Voices, 365 (ice show), Adult Comedy, and Intense (water show). Vocies was incredible. We were left wondering why the artists are not more widely known. The ice show was good and that water show was ok. The adult comedy show was very good though the first comedian was much better than the headliner.
I had a wonderful massage so the spa was great. The fitness center was robust. I was a bit disappointed in the waterslides and the pool. The waterslides were very slow (I am not big and heavy) and the pools were very small. They were so busy people just sat in the water. I should have been prepared for that as it makes sense now. I had wanted to swim a bit.
We played BINGO, attended Effy events (which is way too much. I would do well if I never heard Effy again).

The staff was amazing. I am a bit hearing impared and some of the strong dialects were hard to understand. They were very understanding never getting frustrated to repeat.

The design is amazing and the ships was clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

We were very happy with the size and the comfort. We enjoyed the balcony. We had heard there were not enough outlets but there were plenty. We each have a phone, an apple watch, and go pros.
Ship tip
Make sure you keep up the washing and sanitizing. I think I forgot this at the casino and I have been sick since the last day on the ship.
We did a rum excursion. While the actual rum part of the excursion was amazing, getting there, getting done and back to the ship was another story. The leader must have been new. Also had I known (probably my fault) that it was smack dabe in the middle of when we were there made it so we did not get to see anything else of the island. The tour went way too long to get back so we did not even get to the beach!
