Review summary

Our experience on Wonder mirrors all our other Oasis class ship trips. Only having the Mason Jar sets it above the rest. It was a highlight for us. We miss the Broadway show here.

Embarkation

We arrived about 11am. Quick to get aboard. Security lines were short.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
All the food was good this trip. Main dining for three nights. Party of eight. No complaints. Very good service in my time dining deck 4. My new favorite specialty restaurant is The Mason Jar. Excellent menu choices and the food was great. Shout out to Millicent our waitress for super service.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Nothing new to speak of. Grand kids loved everything. We take it all for granted lol.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
John the guitar player in the pub was fun. The water show "Intense" was decent albeit about ten minutes of repetitive minutes in the middle of the show could have been removed with no loss. The Affectors II show was ok but by no means up to the value of a Broadway show on other ships. The ice show was ok. I've seen several better and a couple worse so it was worth seeing.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Had my grandson and grand daughter ages 12 and 10 attend. They enjoyed going to the kids club enough to ask to go back several times.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All service was very good.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Liked the solarium being enclosed and somewhat air conditioned. Missed having 2 flow riders. The location for the second one had a lame climbing area for young kids. Very limited use.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Oceanview balcony 8178 Decor was plain but spacious enough. Very small sink in the bathroom.

Ship tip

If you are willing. The Mason Jar is definitely where you want to eat at least once.

Ports of call

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
So much to like...We've been numerous times. Always look forward to being there. Not a big fan of the adult only environment but we're not heavy drinker partners. Not a fan of the type of club style music they play either. The food was decent and the calm beach water was nice.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

5 out of 5
Our second favorite port. Usually use the beach at Grand Bay across from the ship.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
Our favorite port. Several beaches to choose from and they are all good choices.

Disembarkation

Slick, becoming the norm now.
